Service Description

Includes wiping and polishing exterior of major kitchen appliances, sanitizing counters and sink, sanitizing and wiping the interior of major kitchen appliances, dusting hard to reach areas, vent cleaning, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping all traffic areas. Also includes, sanitizing and wiping blinds, window sills, windows, and walls along with trash removal, and bulk trash removal such as abandoned property and furniture. Washing linen, steam cleaning furniture and beds, stain removal and carpet cleaning are available with Pro sessions only. Prices are based on 2 bed/ 1 bath and vary by size and requirements.


Cancellation Policy

Booking: Credit/Debit Card payments excluding American Express, a standard processing fee of $3.50 (3.5%)+$0.30 will apply. American Express Credit Card payments including use with Apple Pay & Google Pay a standard processing fee of $4.30(4.3%)+0.30 will apply. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours/2 days prior to your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations: For one-time cleanings, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours/2 days in advance. For any cancellations within the 48 hours or 2 days before the scheduled service, a partial refund will be issued minus a cancellation fee. Refunded payments: For refunded Credit/Debit Card payments excluding American Express, a standard processing fee of $3.50 (3.5%)+$0.30 will apply and refunded American Express Credit Card payments including use with Apple Pay & Google Pay a standard processing fee of $4.30(4.3%)+0.30 will apply. Chargeback Fees: If we receive a chargeback for any reason, you may incur a chargeback fee of $20. Exceptions may apply.
